ASCO Launches New PowerQuest Critical Power Management System Maintenance Service

Periodic Service Maximizes the Value of ASCO PowerQuest Critical Power Management Systems

Florham Park, N.J., January 30, 2019— ASCO Power Technologies, the world’s leading provider of critical power solutions, announces the availability of factory-provided maintenance services for its high performance PowerQuest® Critical Power Management Systems (CPMS). ASCO PowerQuest CPMS Maintenance Services are the most cost-effective way to update CPMS hardware and software, minimize equipment downtime, and maintain compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

ASCO maintenance services adapt PowerQuest CPMS systems to changing business and technical requirements. ASCO’s new PowerQuest CPMS service program employs a maintenance strategy that is adaptive, perfective, and corrective. It optimizes CPMS systems by adjusting settings, managing storage capacity, and synchronizing device timing. In addition, ASCO services detect and correct errors, diagnose faulty hardware and communications, troubleshoot systems, and execute repairs. The scope of services includes:

The new PowerQuest CPMS program is staffed by engineers and integration specialists from ASCO’s Communications and Metering Group, the same organization that designs, configures, and installs ASCO’s industry-leading PowerQuest CPMS solutions for monitoring and managing critical power systems. Each site is assigned a dedicated staff member, who will evaluate the existing CPMS and recommend a program for updating equipment, detecting anomalies and preventing malfunctions.

Customers can select a service level that suits their business needs. Basic programs offer 24x7 - remote support, with on-site services provided when needed.
