Can I do a transfer test on an ASCO 185 with accessory 105B?
Accessory 105B adds special fusing and wiring for a Briggs & Stratton generator. Similar to 105G except wired to the 14A contact instead of the NR relay. This accessory is limited to 10 amps @ 240V and wired for single phase only.
There are two ways to do transfer test using the ATS with acc. 105B:
1) If using the ATS Transfer Test Button:
* Turn on the generator manually
* Press the transfer test button on the ATS
2) If simulating normal power outage:
* Turn off the Normal power source using the disconnect switch or circuit breaker supplying the normal power source
