The controller may be damaged if: (Note: consult technical support group to verify the conditions)

1. There are signs of burns on the control board.

2. The buttons don’t work given that the wiring connections, the settings, and the voltage supplied to the switch are correct.

3. There are faulty indicator lights.

4. The "Transfer Switch" lights keep indicating a fault even if there is none.
