What to do if you receive a damaged product.
Answer:
Upon receiving a damaged product, immediately file a claim with the shipper (carrier).
ASCO can either provide a repair cost in the field or the product will need to be shipped back to ASCO for evaluation and a repair estimate.
Please reach out to your local sales representative and provide your sales order number, serial number of the unit, and photos of the damage so they can assist you further.
