How can we return a unit?
Answer:
Please contact your local sales representative with either the PO number or Sales Order number of the purchased unit and explain your reason for requesting a return.
Please be advised that units may only be returned within 90 days after the shipment of your unit and it must be unused.
Returns will be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the reason for the return.
