What would cause an email notification with subject 72EE2 Hard Fault Debug Info?
The Hard Fault Debug Info was intended for debugging during development of old firmware versions. The notification was kept in early official release(s) of firmware. The newest versions of firmware excluded the debug info. It is recommended to upgrade the firmware of the 72EE2 (5140) to eliminate the unnecessary notification and for any new features.
It is not an error code.
This is used for internal testing. It doesn’t mean or indicate anything to the customer.
A firmware update would make it go away.
It should not impact the operation of the unit and its just to assist ASCO internally.
