Why is the transfer button on the remote annunciator not working?
Check first if the CONTROL KEY SWITCH is in the unlocked position.
If already unlocked and still not working. You will need to check the settings on the QEM connected to the annunciator.
LOGIN first using the username:admin to gain full access.
Then go to the CONFIGURATION SCREEN under EDIT MODE. Click the TRANSFER HANDLING TAB.
A Remote Transfer/Retransfer Operator Pop Up Box will appear.
The ASCO TCP Master BOX needs to be marked so that the transfer button on the remote annunciator can be used for ASCO Protocols. If for NON ASCO Protocols, instead put a mark on the Alternative ASCO Master Support Box.
