Why is the engine exerciser on the Group G or Group H controller not running on schedule?
ASCO has determined that the Standard Engine Exerciser for Group G or Group H controllers running on CP Software Version 894063-037 (version 37) does not run on schedule even if enabled and set. The Standard Engine Exerciser is only available on controllers without the 11BE accessory.
To verify the Software Version, navigate to the Main Menu à About section of the controller. Once confirmed that the controller is running on version 37 and that it does not have the 11BE, ASCO will offer a free 11BE field-installable dongle kit to upgrade the Standard Engine Exerciser to the Programmable Engine Exerciser. To request the 11BE dongle kit for the affected controllers, send the following information to technicalsupport@ascopower.com:
For controllers exhibiting similar issues but not running on version 37 or with the 11BE already activated, reach out to the ASCO Hotline 1.800.800.2726 (ASCO) or send an email to technicalsupport@ascopower.com for assistance.
