A Gas Valve Relay Panel And Control Station provides a safe way to quickly shut off and lock out the flow of flammable gas or liquid in an emergency or during non-operating hours.  The need is greatest in school environments where safety, vandalism and insurance are factors.  Many city governments have made them mandatory.

The 216C89 Master Control Station is required 1-for-1 with each 108D10C Gas Valve Relay Panel.

Turning the key switch on the master control station to OPEN energizes the relay, opening a normally closed ASCO DC Solenoid valve which turns on the GAS FLOW.  The normally closed pushbutton on the station will close the solenoid valve when pressed.
